Real Estate
I do not currently provide real estate conveyancing services. However, I can assist you with:
- Providing Independent Legal Advice (ILA)
- Witnessing real estate documents prepared by another lawyer or notary.

If you need assistance with the Authentication of your document, I can guide you through the process. For United States matters, I am registered with the US Consulate.
For documents required for international use, I am registered with the B.C. Authentications Program in Victoria. I can help provide the necessary certification to ensure the validity and acceptance of your documents required internationally.

About Me
I was born and raised to hard-working immigrant parents in Surrey, BC. I was exposed to notaries and lawyers from an early age when my parents re-financed their house and I had to translate legal paperwork from English to Punjabi to them whenever needed. This inspired me to help others and develop an interest in the legal world.
I graduated from Simon Fraser University with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology while pursing a full-time career in the Criminal Justice field with the Government of BC for over 15 years. I always had an interest in law, thus I furthered my education to receive my Master of Arts in Applied Legal Studies from Simon Fraser University. I was commissioned to be a Notary Public by the BC Supreme Court in 2017.
Over the next five years, I gained extensive notary experience while working for Simpson Notaries. I am happy to provide mobile notary services in both English and Punjabi. I look forward to assisting all of my clients, especially those who are unable to attend a notary office for their notarial needs.
